ISLANDERS GAME NOTES
This afternoon, the New York Islanders host the Dallas Stars in the first of two matchups between the clubs this season.
The last time these teams met was over two years ago, on February 4, 2020, when Anthony Beauvillier scored twice to help the Islanders earn a 4-3 overtime victory.
Today’s matchup is the Islanders’ seventh home game this month and the seventh Western Conference opponent the Islanders have faced in their last ten matchups.
