On Saturday, Bo Horvat at the Pacific Division All-Stars fell to the Central 6-4. The loss signified the official end of Horvat’s time representing the Western Conference, as he will join the New York Islanders at practice Sunday and gear up to make his Islanders debut on Monday night against the Philadelphia Flyers.

On Saturday afternoon, the Bridgeport Islanders announced that defenseman Samuel Bolduc would be unavailable to participate in the AHL All-Star Game in his hometown of Laval, Quebec. Here’s the likely reason why.
