PODCAST: Chatting with Legendary Broadcaster Doc Emrick

In addition to covering the New York Islanders here at NYI Hockey Now, I co-host a weekly radio show and podcast called Hockey Night in New York with Sean Cuthbert. The show airs live every Sunday night at 9 p.m. and is available on all major podcast platforms immediately after the show ends.

This week legendary broadcaster Mike “Doc” Emrick sat down with us for nearly 40 minutes to discuss his career, his new book and some Islanders memories. Doc Emrick talked about the Easter Epic, Nassau Coliseum and his memories of Lou Lamoriello.
