New York Islanders
Islanders Game 52: Limping Into Sunrise, The Champs Await, Lines & How to Watch

The New York Islanders play their second straight game in Florida on back-to-back nights, this time against the defending Stanley Cup Champion Florida Panthers.
The Islanders have won seven straight games and have pumped life into their season even as the injury bug sinks its teeth even deeper into the Islanders.
Scott Mayfield and Mathew Barzal have officially been ruled out. Anthony Duclair will replace Barzal, and Dennis Cholowski will play his first game since January 24. Jakub Skarek makes his first NHL start (Info courtesy of Newsday’s Andrew Gross).
Florida crushed the Chicago Blackhawks yesterday afternoon in Sunrise. Spencer Knight starts in net. He backstopped the Panthers’ 6-3 comeback win over the Islanders back in October.
For the Islanders, this feels like an impossible spot: fourth-string goalie in net, banged-up team, makeshift defense. It’s all gone right for the Islanders, but this feels like where it could derail. Then again, this team rallies when doubted and has shown unbelievable grit this year and in years past.
The puck drops just after 6 o’clock tonight.
